Tanabata Festival
Date: Saturday, June 26th to Wednesday, July 7th. Place: Sarakura Mountain Time: all day Cost: Free for all Celebrating the Star Festival, the 5th annual Sarakura Mountain Tanabata Festival will have the usual festival fair at the top of the mountain. In the Yama no Ue Hotel there will be screenings of movies for children (100 yen) on the Saturdays and Sundays only. Free shuttle buses from Yahata station to the cable car station will run every hour on the hour between 11:00 and 18:00. |
